This policy sets out:
(1) the information we collect about you when you visit our website, use our products or services, or otherwise interact with us;

In this policy, “we” refers to YeeGoo Technology Limited, a company registered in Room 815, 8/F Star House 3, Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, and “Site” means our website at yeegoo.tech.
1. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
1.1 The term “personal data” means any information about an individual from which that individual may be identified. It does not, therefore, include data where the identity has been removed (anonymised data).
1.2 Personal data is collected about you either directly whenever you access our Site, register with us, contact us, send us feedback, purchase products or services via our Site, post material to our Site, complete forms on our Site, take part in customer surveys, submit reviews to or via our Site or indirectly from third parties for example for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, or credit reference agencies. We will notify you when we receive information about you from them and the purposes for which we intend to use that information.
1.3 The personal data we receive and process is dependent upon how you access our website, what you do whilst you are accessing it, and what you perceive the end result of accessing our website will be. (v) your professional and/or personal online presence (e.g. LinkedIn or Facebook profile);
(vi) information about how you use our website, IT, communication and other systems; or
(vii) your responses to surveys and promotions.
1.4 Normally we will not seek to obtain personal data from you that is referred to as ‘Special Category’ personal data. Special category personal data includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data.
1.5 Normally we will not seek to obtain any information about criminal convictions and offences.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to do so, and where we have a proper reason for doing so. Most often, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
(a) where you have given consent to the use of your personal data for one or more specific purposes;
(b) where the use is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party, or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract;

2.2 Normally, we will only use your data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another related reason, and that related reason is compatible with the original purpose. If we need to use your data for an unrelated purpose, we will seek your consent to use it for that new purpose.
2.3 If you have given us consent to use your personal data for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent any time by contacting us (please refer to paragraph 10 for contact information), but please note this will not affect any use of your information that has already taken place.
3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
3.1 We share information with other companies in our group in order to operate our Site and to offer and improve our products and services.
3.2 We share information with third parties that help us operate, provide, support, improve, and market the Site, and our products and services, for example third-party service providers who provide “website and application development, data storage and backup, infrastructure, customer support, business analytics, and other services”.
3.3 Third-party service providers have access to your personal data only for the purpose of performing their services and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We require these third-party service providers to maintain confidentiality and security of all personal data that they process on our behalf and to implement and maintain reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal data.
3.4 We take reasonable steps to confirm that all third-party service providers that we engage process personal data in the manner that provides at least the same level of protection as is provided under this policy. Where any third-party provider is unable to satisfy our requirements, we will require them to notify us immediately and we will take reasonable steps to prevent or stop non-compliant processing.

3.6 Our Site may contain links to third-party websites over which we have no control. 4. HOW WE STORE AND SECURE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
4.1 Personal data is stored on our secure servers and/or at our premises in Hong Kong SAR China./ Please note that the web hosting services used by us are based in Hong Kong SAR China
4.2 We will keep your personal data only for as long as is necessary. In working out how long we need to keep your personal data we take into account the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential for harm to arise from its unauthorised use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process it, and as to whether those purposes may be achieved by other means, and the applicable legal requirements. 4.3 In order to ensure that your personal data is kept secure, and to prevent there being any breach of confidentiality or unauthorised use, we have put in place security measures which are intended to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost or used or accessed unlawfully. Access to your personal data is restricted to those with a need to access it, and regard will be had to the need for confidentiality when that personal data is processed.
4.4 We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected privacy breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

We cannot guarantee that your information, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or processed by us, is absolutely safe and secure.
5. HOW WE TRANSFER INFORMATION INTERNATIONALLY
5.1 We may transfer, process, and store your information outside the country of residence where we or our service providers operate for the purpose of providing the Site, our products and services to you.
5.2 Some of the countries in which our companies or service providers are located may not have the privacy and data protection laws that are equivalent to those in your country of residence. 6.2 You may opt out of receiving marketing materials from us by using the unsubscribe link in our communications, by updating your preferences within your account on our Site, or by contacting us". Please note, however, that even if you opt out from receiving marketing materials from us, you will continue to receive notifications or information from us that are necessary for the use of our products or services.
6.3 As a security measure, we may need specific information from you to help us confirm your identity when processing your privacy requests or when you exercise your rights.
6.4 Any request under paragraph 6.1 will normally be addressed free of charge. However, we may charge a reasonable administration fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.
6.5 We will respond to all legitimate requests within one (1) month. Occasionally, it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or if you have made a number of requests.
7. COOKIES

9. POLICY TOWARDS CHILDREN
Our products and services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16. If we become aware that an individual under 16 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information. Contact us if you believe that we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected information from an individual under 16.
